Course of: DIZAJN and MULTIMEDIA

Participation in the Dizajn and Multimedia course does not require the possession of particular prerequisites.

The course is primarily aimed at young and old who have fulfilled their compulsory education and under the age of thirty, who wish to take up the profession of Dizajn and Multimedia operator with a professional qualification certificate.

The course also represents an opportunity for updating for those who already work in the world of visual communication.

The Dizajn and Multimedia professional training course aims to train visual communication operators, alternating theoretical and practical subjects, workshops and demonstrations.

If you want to communicate through images, you cannot miss this course. During the training year you will study the most used software in the field of graphics and communication (Photoshop, Illustrator, ... and others). You will be with professional teachers from the fields of design and communication.

The training course allows you to acquire the skills necessary for the exercise of the profession of audiovisual and multimedia operator.

The Multimedia Design Operator course is an annual course of 1020 training hours

The formative year begins in September and ends in June.

During the training there will be hours of theory in the classroom, of practice in the laboratory.

Individual internships are foreseen in companies in the sector, with the aim of experimenting what has been learned in the field and facilitating entry into the world of work.

This path allows you to respond competently to the needs of the economic / production fabric and provides the necessary tools to independently deal with the design and construction processes. The training course includes different types of didactic activities, combining design workshops with theoretical lessons, workshops, internships and cultural initiatives.

Application design experiences are carried out in the laboratories which are entrusted to some of the most qualified professionals at national level. Equipped computer and photography laboratories are available to students.

The internship carried out within production and service companies, professional firms and national bodies or institutions contributes significantly to training in design.

The training course allows you to acquire the skills necessary to independently exercise the profession of operator of the audiovisual disciplines and multimedia techniques such as:

• Fundamental concepts of computer graphics.
• I draw realistic photo material shapes, lighting and color, special effects.
• Theory and history of visual communication. History of publishing graphics and books.
• Organization of graphic elements.
• Principles and rules for advertising communication, web graphics
• The principles and theory of design. Graphic and pictorial disciplines.
• Graphic design and realization: logo, business card and brochure, leaflet, flyers
• Photo editing techniques, image modifications, transformations, colors, effects, filters
• Theory and practice of color, balance and levels of contrast and brightness
• Elements of the history of photography. Language and technique of photography.
• Light and colors: main elements. The digital camera.
• Audiovisual and multimedia disciplines. Language and video technique.
• Digital video editing. Use of image editing programs.
• Practical exercises with the main programs (Photoshop and illustrator).
• Definition of digital image. Image file formats.
• Reference regulatory framework; copyright of visual artifacts, copyright

Communicate in Albanian, in personal, professional and life contexts.

Linguistic competence in a foreign language.

Mastering fundamental scientific concepts, simple calculation and analysis procedures to describe and interpret systems, processes, phenomena and to solve problematic situations related to the professional and daily life context.

Knowledge of the culture, the system of rules and the opportunities of one's social and working environment, in their evolutionary dimension and in relation to rights, needs and duties.
